Ryan Nemeyer

Ryan Nemeyer first began his career as a marketing coordinator for elite real estate brokers in Napa Valley. While at university he attained a degree in organizational communications with a focus on persuasion and advance public speaking. Upon graduation, he immediately obtained his real estate license and implemented his experience to build the foundation of a thriving real estate career. While establishing himself at Pacific Union and Christie’s International Real Estate, one of Napa’s most successful luxury brokerages, he had the opportunity to build relationships with home owners, powerful developers, and investors throughout the Bay Area. Ryan was invited to further his career and joined forces with Napa’s #1 real estate brokerage firm Coldwell Banker Brokers of the Valley. After a few years Ryan Nemeyer and Josh Diaz decided to merge their businesses within the brokerage, forming the paramount NemeyerDiaz Team.

As a real estate professional, Ryan brings his contagious motivation and tireless work ethic to every transaction he considers. Using his refreshing approach and creative solutions to difficult transaction dilemmas, Ryan fills the gaps most other agents leave void. He manages to deliver impeccable service to his customers. Over time, this has enabled him to develop an extensive and ever-expanding knowledge of the real estate market and to fully understand and meet every client's needs. Diligently working to establish personal and professional concierge services during a transaction, enables him to understand buyer and seller goals, lifestyle, and desires in order for the process to be efficient and productive. In addition to all the listings that are featured through extensive online portals, Ryan has access to exclusive listings and off-market properties as they become available. He communicates with thousands of potential buyers, maintains relationships with key agents and brokers nationally and internationally, and has access to hundreds of winery owners and investors throughout the Bay Area and beyond.

Ryan is married to Shannon Nemeyer who is currently studying to become a local Midwife and is a great role model to their two daughters and one son.
