Jennifer Nemeyer

Jennifer grew up in Sonoma California. After serving her country in the U.S. Navy, she returned to the Valley and set down her roots. During her time in the military, Jennifer’s focus was accounting and finance. After coming home, she immediately started working with the Top lender in Northern California. With a few years in lending under her belt, Jennifer was introduced to Real Estate, specifically in the new field of Transaction Coordination. Her organizational skills and financing background, in addition to the established relationships with clients and trusted industry partners allowed her to make a successful business doing what she loves and helped to make Jennifer one of the top Transaction Coordinators in Northern California. Leading in the industry Jennifer trained many others in this field. She was on the ground floor of developing transaction coordination technology platforms and started her own independent contracting business working with only the top real estate professionals in wine country. Submerged in real estate for more than 22 years, she has had the opportunity to work on the most exclusive estates, wineries, and commercial properties in the world. Her client base includes celebrities, entrepreneurs, athletes, winery owners, financial advisors, attorneys, and beyond.

After 15 years in the business, Jennifer obtained her real estate license. This credential gives her a broader knowledge base of the changing industry and allows flexibility of her trade to quickly adapt to specific expectations of the most discerning client. Jennifer is now the Operations Manager to The Nemeyer Diaz Team, the leading real estate team at Coldwell Banker Brokers of the Valley (Napa Valleys #1 Real Estate Brokerage). She is the central nervous system, ensuring all aspects are in full operation and managed correctly to create an experience that is unmatched by any other Broker in Wine Country. Her goal is to take her many years of real estate experience and provide the teams clients with exceptional service through their trusted relationships in the industry and knowledge of the Napa, Sonoma and Solano county regions.
