He's a born and raised local, which was very helpful for us since we were relocating from out of town. He gave us several tours of neighborhoods and walked us through the features and highlights of each one, helping us narrow down our search. His communication was immediate and always very clear. He was available to us, often on short notice, and just did an all-around great job. During escrow and inspections, he acted as our proxy, again being out of towners, it was wonderful to have someone in person. He even faces timed us during the inspections so we could take a look. From the marketing of our property to the day we packed up and drove away he was there every step of the way. The way they photographed our home really showed all the things that we loved about it such as the amazing yard and outdoor living spaces. In addition, they had up to date information on the market so we knew we were making sound decisions. We were under contract in less than 2 weeks with a backup offer in place also. Josh and Ryan were both incredible assets in helping my wife and I sell our house. Their network within the valley is second to none and they were always professional, reliable, and responsive. Many of our calls took place in the evening or on weekends in order to suit MY schedule. Very much appreciated their flexibility. I would more than recommend Josh as your realtor, but as a must. Our family circumstances were challenging and Josh met them head-on. My husband and I have had the occasion to deal with many realtors, and it would have been such a pleasure to have had Josh there. Our circumstances made it very difficult to be there for so much of the sale and Josh removed so much of the stress. For example, he put out the trash for us, he worked with our neighbor to coordinate access to the house. His recommendations saved us so much turmoil His presents on site was soooo appreciated. Josh is a winner and I would say... go with JOSH!
