Josh Diaz

Josh Diaz was born in beautiful Napa Valley and is a third generation Napa native. His real estate roots run deep in wine country as his father is also an active local broker that has been running a successful real estate office for decades. Growing up in the industry allowed him an inside look that fascinated Josh with everything the career could offer in respect to lifestyle and potential. With his father as a stellar example, Josh poured his heart and soul into his business after graduating. Before getting to that point however, Josh worked his way through school and was blessed to work at some of the finest restaurants in the Napa Valley including The French Laundry, Ad Hoc and Don Giovanni. His experiences in the fine dining world allowed him to hone skills that would later accompany real estate quite nicely such as personalizing a transaction, acting promptly on tasks, communicating and mitigating risks and challenges, and being a true expert in the field. Josh exudes the lifestyle of the Valley to clients through his love for exotic foods, carefully curated spirits and cigars. Presently Josh dedicates most of his time to real estate but also to other activities like working with his community and spending time in the outdoors. He is active with his local church and leads a block through their “Adopt-a-Block” program weekly. In addition, Josh helps with the children in the nursery a few times a month. At the core he is fueled by his faith, his love for family and friends and an innate desire to do whatever he does to the best of his ability. Mediocre has never cut it for Josh or Ryan.
